New employees at Herøya Industripark AS

Three new colleagues bring expertise in areas that are crucial to Herøya Industripark AS.

Over the past year, Herøya Industripark AS has hired three new employees.

“To ensure that we remain a strong and competent partner for our tenants, we have chosen to strengthen our team with a controller and two property managers,” says Sverre Gotaas, CEO of Herøya Industripark AS.

“These are key personnel with expertise in areas that are vital to our operations.”

Controller

Tove Ripegutu Valle, 55, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has many years of experience as an auditor and consultant at EY.

She has joined Herøya Industripark AS as its new Controller. Ripegutu Valle is responsible for finance, reporting, and improving internal procedures. She will also contribute to the digitalisation and further development of the company’s financial management.

Property manager – Research Park

Mats Strand, 39, holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) and has extensive experience in the construction and property sector. In recent years, he has worked as a project manager for a contracting company, with responsibility for major projects and client relations.

Mats Strand is responsible for the management and maintenance of buildings and process systems at the Research Park, as well as overseeing lease agreements and financial matters.

He follows up maintenance plans and ensures that the buildings are maintained to a high standard. In addition, he prepares vacant premises for new tenants.

Property Manager

Trond Herrefoss holds a teaching qualification in physical education from Hedmark University College and completed the handball coaching programme at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. He has broad experience from various positions within the hotel industry, property management, customer relations, and sales.

Trond Herrefoss

Trond Herrefoss is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the company’s buildings, as well as follow-up of customers, lease agreements, and financial matters. He ensures that maintenance plans are implemented and prepares premises for rental.
