Tietoevry Group has spun off Tietoevry Tech Services, officially launching Vivicta as a standalone company with 7,000 employees across Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The new entity marks a significant step in Tietoevry’s restructuring, which was completed in September 2025. Read the press release.
New brand and independent strategy
For Vibeke Vrålid, head of Tech Consulting in the region, and her colleagues at Vivicta at Herøya, it’s business as usual. All customer relationships and agreements will continue under the new company.
"We're building on Tietoevry's heritage, but with a new brand and an independent strategy", she says.
Vivicta will maintain its focus on delivering services within AI, cloud, ERP, and digital security – with a clear social mission: to create agile digital solutions for both business and the public sector.
